Production Fail: The Migration

At Finiata, we have cultivated a healthy failure culture in our Engineering teams. Developers are encouraged to share their failures, rather than hide them shamefully from the world. This is so that issues can be quickly rectified, others can learn from the mistakes, and new processes can be put into place to help prevent the same thing from happening again. We’re all human, and we’ll all make mistakes – it’s an inevitable fact of life.  Talking about failures is hard, so we also try to have a sense of humor about them.
